Dr. Tarr is board certified in the medical examination, diagnosis and treatment of vision problems and disorders of the ocular system. Equally important is Dr. Tarr’s philosophy to spend time with each patient, addressing the results of the comprehensive exam and explaining the various treatment options available. He cares for all ages from 6 months young to beyond 100 years old.
